Lil Durk was hit with another superseding indictment yesterday after the prosecutors sent it to them in a ex parte meeting. What it does is solve a few issues that Durk was raising in court, ie. bringing up that lyrics were used to indict him and also a fan made video was used in the grand jury process to get the first superseding indictment against Durk.
After getting news of Durk getting a superseding indictment, his team asked for a unopposed week delay in being able to submit a response brief to government memorandum to deny him bail. The documents are listed below.
