Today in court, the jury had a day off while the judge, prosecution and defense counsels argued over what should be allowed to evidence the Jury can refer to while deliberating. Closing statements are expected to start and end on Tuesday and Deliberations should start on Wednesday. Lil Durk is facing 7 counts including very serious mandatory minimum life sentences that are associated with Murder in Aid of Rackeetering and Conspiracy to Use Interstate Facilities to Commit Murder for Hire.
