Jay Z’s lawyer has fired off a response in defense of Shawn Carter in the case where he’s accused of having sex with a 13 year old girl with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV VMA’s. He has submitted a motion to deny the defendant’s motion of proceeding throughout this civil proceeding anonymously. Recently in another case, Diddy was successful in having the courts agree with him in identifying the person by their name rather than a pseudonym. In that case this is what US Weekly reported about how that Jane Doe was forced to identify.
